About the Opportunity
An established and growing insurance brokerage is seeking a customer-focused Auto Insurance Advisor to join its team. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys combining customer service, insurance knowledge, and relationship building to help clients find the right insurance solutions for their needs.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing professional guidance on auto insurance products and licensing services while delivering an exceptional client experience. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, identify coverage needs, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Insurance Advisory
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming and assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide advice and guidance on auto insurance products, coverages, and licensing services.
- Process auto insurance transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Promote available insurance products and optional coverage enhancements where appropriate.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive client conversations and referrals.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Support other insurance service teams with administrative and client service functions as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of insurance industry experience or comparable customer service experience preferred.
- Insurance licensing is considered an asset but may not be required depending on experience and qualifications.
- Experience with brokerage management systems is considered an asset.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to satisfy pre-employment screening requirements.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Salary Information
Compensation for the successful candidate will be determined by our client and may vary based on several factors, including local market conditions, geographic location, and job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, experience, education, and credentials.
Expected salary range: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 annually.
