KEY OBJECTIVE:

As a key member of the commercial underwriting department, this role is responsible for independently managing a diverse portfolio of Commercial Property & Casualty renewal business with a focus on our Energy portfolio while establishing and maintaining healthy relationships with assigned brokers.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:    

‍

• Gather and analyze account information and make underwriting recommendations and decisions on renewal business.
• Contribute to differentiated Customer Retention.
• Develop and establish relationships with brokers.
• Develop customer-centric renewal strategies that align with the company's financial goals.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to an engaging work environment.
• Handle individual risk inquiries/correspondence from brokers and make appropriate decisions.
• Monitor booking, retention, account rounding and renewal change accuracy.
