Commercial Lines Account Manager
An established and highly respected independent insurance brokerage is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join its growing team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts across a variety of industries, including:

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a commercial lines book of business
- Build strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carrier partners
- Handle renewals, policy changes, endorsements, and coverage reviews
- Prepare proposals and provide strategic insurance recommendations
- Market accounts and negotiate coverage terms with insurers
- Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities within the portfolio
- Deliver exceptional day-to-day client service and advocacy
- Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance standards
- Collaborate closely with leadership and the broader brokerage team
Qualifications
- 3 to 10+ years of commercial insurance experience
- Experience servicing small to mid-market commercial accounts
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Client-first mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Level 2 General Insurance License preferred
- CAIB, CIP, or progress toward a designation considered an asset

Salary Information
Compensation for the successful candidate will be determined by our client and may vary based on several factors, including local market conditions, geographic location, and job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, experience, education, and credentials.
Expected salary range: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 annually.
