Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Account Management
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
- Process insurance transactions, policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional client service and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare premium analyses, coverage comparisons, and renewal proposals.
- Assist in marketing accounts and obtaining competitive coverage solutions from insurers.
- Communicate renewal terms, quotations, and coverage recommendations to clients.
- Review policy documents and endorsements to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Follow up on outstanding endorsements, renewals, claims matters, and new business opportunities.
- Issue or review Certificates of Insurance and other client documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within the brokerage management system.
- Assist with resolving billing and account receivable discrepancies when required.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of commercial insurance experience.
- RIBO license required.
- Experience servicing commercial insurance accounts.
- Familiarity with brokerage management systems and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and policy wordings.
- Excellent client service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Professional, positive, and collaborative approach.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Information
Compensation for the successful candidate will be determined by our client and may vary based on several factors, including local market conditions, geographic location, and job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, experience, education, and credentials.
Expected salary range: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 annually.
