Personal Lines Account Manager
The Opportunity
Our client, a respected and growing insurance brokerage, is seeking an experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager to join its client service team.
This role is ideal for a service-oriented insurance professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, providing expert insurance advice, and delivering a high level of support throughout the client lifecycle. Working collaboratively with internal teams and insurance partners, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Account Management
- Manage an assigned portfolio of personal insurance clients.
- Provide professional guidance on coverage options, policy changes, and risk management solutions.
- Handle renewals, endorsements, policy reviews, and account maintenance activities.
- Conduct coverage reviews and identify opportunities to enhance client protection.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide ongoing support throughout the policy term.
Insurance Advisory Services
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Prepare applications, proposals, and coverage recommendations.
- Assist clients with claims-related inquiries and advocate on their behalf when required.
- Collaborate with insurance markets to secure suitable coverage options and competitive terms.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with producers, service colleagues, and insurer partners to deliver seamless client service.
- Support retention and account growth initiatives through proactive relationship management.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment focused on service excellence.
Qualifications
- Active RIBO license in good standing.
- Minimum three years of experience within a personal insurance brokerage environment.
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and coverage structures.
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and relationship management.
- Experience managing an assigned book of business is considered an asset.

Salary Information
Compensation for the successful candidate will be determined by our client and may vary based on several factors, including local market conditions, geographic location, and job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, experience, education, and credentials.
Expected salary range: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 annually.
