Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities and grow a personal lines insurance portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and execute lead generation and prospecting strategies to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions and coverage options.
- Retain and strengthen existing client relationships through proactive service and consultation.
Client Service & Account Management
- Provide ongoing advice, policy reviews, and insurance recommendations to clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Negotiate coverage options, rates, and premiums with insurance carriers to secure the best possible solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with brokerage standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- RIBO license required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience selling personal lines insurance within a brokerage or insurance company environment.
- Previous sales experience with demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.
- Experience working in a target-driven or relationship-focused sales environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with brokerage management systems is considered an asset.

Salary Information
Compensation for the successful candidate will be determined by our client and may vary based on several factors, including local market conditions, geographic location, and job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, experience, education, and credentials.
Expected salary range: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 annually.
