Senior Personal Lines Account Manager
About the Opportunity
An established and respected insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a client-focused insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service, and helping clients protect what matters most.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance clients, handling policy servicing activities, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring clients receive expert guidance and support throughout the policy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Account Management
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
- Manage policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other servicing requests accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive renewal reviews to ensure clients maintain appropriate coverage and competitive pricing.
- Identify opportunities to remarket policies when beneficial to the client.
- Provide clients with clear explanations of coverage options, policy features, and insurance recommendations.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, underwriters, and industry partners.
- Support producers and team members with documentation, follow-up activities, and client servicing requirements.
- Report claims on behalf of clients and provide ongoing communication throughout the claims process.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with brokerage standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- RIBO license required.
- CAIB, CIP, or progress toward an industry designation is considered an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of insurance brokerage experience servicing personal lines clients.
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, coverages, and market offerings.
- Experience working with brokerage management systems and insurer portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Information
Compensation for the successful candidate will be determined by our client and may vary based on several factors, including local market conditions, geographic location, and job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, experience, education, and credentials.
Expected salary range: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 annually.
