Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of experience within a personal insurance brokerage environment.
  • Experience servicing affluent and high-net-worth clients is strongly preferred.
  • Active RIBO license in good standing.
  • Professional insurance designations such as CIP, CAIB, or equivalent credentials are considered assets.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of personal insurance products, coverage structures, and client advisory services.

  • Proven ability to identify additional coverage opportunities and strengthen client portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and consultative approach when advising clients on insurance solutions.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Proficiency with common business software applications and brokerage management systems.
  • Experience working with premium personal insurance markets and specialized coverage solutions is considered an asset.
  • Ability to manage complex client needs while maintaining a high standard of service.

Salary Information

Compensation for the successful candidate will be determined by our client and may vary based on several factors, including local market conditions, geographic location, and job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, experience, education, and credentials.

Expected salary range: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 annually.
